The story of Lambda Watches
My name is Nico Smekal and I am 20 years old.
I live in beautiful Neunkirchen-Seelscheid near Siegburg/Bonn.
A lot of my free time revolves around aviation. I like to pack my paraglider in the car, drive to the next launch site and take off.
After graduating from high school in 2020, I joined the Bundeswehr in 2021. Interest in aviation and especially in military jets quickly arose. So I applied for a career in aviation and am currently in officer training.
My idea
Because of my enthusiasm, I came up with the idea of designing a pilot's watch that shows my joy and interest in flying:
A pilot's watch with a EUROFIGHTER.
Many of my friends thought this idea was pretty cool and suggested that I turn it into a webshop. After two years of construction and development, I can finally put the website online.
My family has years of experience with online shops. My parents founded the company “Lambda-Racing” in 2013, which offers bicycles for professional cycling.
